Cruelty

Cruelty can be described as indifference to suffering. when supported by legal or social framework, it can be called perversion.

Cruelty of the Concentration Camp during the holocaust was simply to exterminate the 'unclean' races such as the Jews that were not of Hilter's liking. Towards the end of wars, the camp basically became sites for medical experiments, where experimental and lethal medicine were tried all out.
